General information
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of Swiss federal law (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat it confidentially and in accordance with legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

Processing of personal data
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law. Where and to the extent that the EU GDPR is applicable, we process personal data in accordance with the following legal bases in connection with Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR:

Legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR): processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests, in particular the secure and stable operation of this website.

We process personal data for the duration required for the respective purpose. Where longer retention is required by law, we restrict processing accordingly.
