During my Branded Motion major at FHGR, I got to explore long-format video production across different formats. Sometimes behind the camera, sometimes on sound, sometimes directing or doing set design. Short-format has dominated my professional work so far, but long-format is something I keep coming back to. These are the projects that started it.

Glacier Protection, Mastercard

A branded video project made in collaboration with Mastercard during my bachelor's. The concept: every Mastercard payment contributes to glacier protection through reflective covers. The brief: tell that story without it feeling like an ad. Set design, pre-production and two shooting days in the Engadin, on the glacier, with a child actor and a lot of props to wrangle.

Sehnsucht nach Berliner

For this project we asked ourselves: where do you find a real Berliner? We soon realised the question comes with some misunderstandings and built the whole story around it. The reportage led us from funny interviews with locals to filming the whole process of baking a real Berliner at Bäckerei Ladewick at 3am. We found the pastry. And somewhere along the way, a real Berliner too.

Swisstainable

Swisstainable is Switzerland's sustainability label for tourism, and not everyone knows it exists. This short documentary is told by three voices of businesses carrying the label. I handled everything solo: concept, pre-production, hiking up to a mountain hut with full equipment, filming with camera and drone, sound recording, interviews, editing and colour grading.

Postcards from Amsterdam & Rotterdam

Five short vlogs, five postcards. Postcards have a charm that digital messages rarely capture. They are physical objects, tied to a place and a moment. During a sketching trip to Amsterdam and Rotterdam my goal was to capture the atmosphere in a simple way to send to my family and friends just like a postcard. Everything filmed on an old Sony digicam. Grainy, warm and very much a postcard.
